The building was designed by Shreve, Lamb & Harmon Associates, the same firm that deisgned the Empire State building. Completed in March 2008, this is one of the largest luxury developments in downtown Manhattan. The building offer world class amenities and luxury apartments. The building was originally scheduled too be completed in January 2007 but was delayed until March of 2008.
