20 Pine - The collection

Completed in March 2008, this is one of the largest luxury developments in downtown Manhattan. The building offer world class amenities and luxury apartments. The amenities include a library lounge, terrace lounge, health club, spa and a pool. The apartments have open floorplans with lots of light through large windows and great views.

The building was originally scheduled too be completed in January 2007 but was delayed until March of 2008.
